RIGHT OF WITHDRAWL

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

return the product free of defects & traces of use.

Please fill out the return form and enclose it in the package. As soon as we have received the goods you will be refunded the full value.

We recommend to send the return insured back to us.

Refunds can take up to 14 business days after receipt, but we still try to process all returns as quickly as possible.


Consequences of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we have to refund all payments we have received from you, excluding delivery costs, immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we have received the notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged for this repayment.

We can refuse the repayment until we have received the goods back.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days.
You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You must pay for any loss in value of the goods only if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.

Underwear is excluded from exchange.

Returns
The return period is fourteen days, even without giving reasons and from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken or has taken possession of the goods.

If the size does not fit, you can request a free exchange. The costs for this will be covered by us. The exchange can also be requested on the return form.

Please fill out the return form and include it in the package. As soon as we have received the goods you will be refunded the full value.
